Coaching Process

I believe in the power of simple and always work with clients through my

12-Week Coaching Bundles.

1 - Free Exploratory Appointment

In our first meeting we'll discuss what has led you to coaching and what we can accomplish in our 12 weeks together. I'm here to listen to your biggest hopes for simplifying your wellness goals no matter how complicated life might seem.

Let's find out if coaching is 

right for you at this time!

2 - Contract, Consultation and 12-weeks of Coaching

  • Week 1: One 1-hour Zoom Initial Consultation and One ½ hour Zoom session

  • Week 2: Two ½ hour Zoom sessions

  • Weeks 3-7: One ½ hour Zoom* per week

  • Weeks 8-11: One ½ hour Zoom* every-other-week

  • Week 12: One ½ hour closing Zoom session to assess next-steps with the potential for continued coaching on recently established or new goals.

In between sessions I am available via email for continued support.

 

* Weeks 3-11 meetings can be done over phone if easier for you

3 - Conclusion and Future Planning

In our last meeting we'll discuss how far you've come and how you envision the future. We may decide to end at this juncture, continue working on the same goals, or re-prioritize our focus on new ones. Now that you have a sense of what coaching can bring to your life, you'll know which are the next steps to take!
