How are shared rooms assigned?

Shared rooms are intentionally paired. If you are coming with a friend and would like to room together, please indicate that in your application. Otherwise, roommates are matched thoughtfully.

Many participants find the shared experience to be one of the most connective aspects of the retreat.

 

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies in your application. We will do our best to accommodate common needs.

 

What is the refund policy?

The $300 deposit is non-refundable (unless the retreat is canceled).
Additional payments may be refunded based on the cancellation timeline outlined above.

 

Who is this retreat NOT for?

This retreat may not be the right fit if you are:

• Primarily looking for a party-style or luxury spa experience
• Seeking intensive therapy or crisis-level support
• Unwilling to participate in group experiences

This is a reflective, grounded, and intentionally held space.

When should I book travel?

Please wait to book non-refundable travel until you receive confirmation that the retreat minimum has been met (by April 1). We will notify all participants once the retreat is confirmed.

Arrival and departure windows will be shared upon acceptance.
